QUORUM INTERNATIONAL ART & MUSIC presents a unique seven-day international congress for artists and cultural professionals.

Throughout the entire event, visitors will have the opportunity to witness creative processes and presentations of multifaceted artistic practices that have been and continue to be essential in shaping subcultural and, ultimately, cultural positions in the city of Rijeka and across Croatia. The event will feature public discussions and lectures on the theme of art during the day.

Expert Jury & Awards  Each competition category will be judged by an expert jury consisting of professionals from specific genres.

Grand Finale and Closing Spectacle  The highlight of the event will be held on Saturday, featuring:

Awards for first, second, and third place in each category, with winners receiving the statuette "Q I Am".

Musical and theatrical spectacle NEW UNDERGROUND MOVEMENT by QUORUM COLOURS party on three different stages. The party will bring together legends of the house music scene from the previous event, as well as introduce a new wave of artists discovered through the auditions.

But the fun doesn't end there! On Sunday, a VIP afterparty awaits on exclusive tourist boats cruising the Kvarner Bay, offering an unforgettable conclusion to this seven-day artistic journey.

Purpose/Goal  The aim is to spark a new wave of creativity and establish a vibrant, active artistic scene in the city of Rijeka. The objective is for Rijeka to take a leading role in contemporary and applied arts, directly contributing to the creation of new talents who will shape future social and economic activities.

The event is expected to attract a large number of visitors from Croatia and neighboring countries. Media coverage will further enhance Rijeka's image as the capital of Croatia's alternative and subculture. The event will be extensively covered by both Croatian and foreign media, emphasizing Rijeka's significance on the national and international stage.

The main focus of the event remains on the participants, specifically the artists, whose work and personality will be prominently showcased across various media. It is anticipated that many Croatian businesses and institutions will co-finance the event.
